Patna, (Bihar Times): The police headquarters of Bihar have given specific instruction to all the superintendents of police and deputy inspector generals of police to take strict action against all the striking employees of the state government, especially those of the health department.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting presided over by the ADG (Headquarters), Neelmani, held here on Sunday. The DIGs and SPs have been asked to lodge FIR against all the striking employees and start speedy trial against them.
However, the strike by over three lakh employees entered 18th day today with all the departments, especially the government hospitals and clinics, being completely paralyzed. The poor patients are the worst hit as they are now lining up outside the private nursing homes.
