Patna, (Bihar Times): The national spokesman and general secretary of the Rashtriya Janata Dal, Shyam Rajak, on Wednesday evening strongly denied media reports that he had resigned from all th posts of the party.

In a press statement he said that the news of his resignation was wrong and baseless and that he was still very much in the party.

Only on Tuesday, while talking to some newsmen, Rajak hinted that he had become tired and would quit the party posts. He also said that he has been a Lalu supporter and would remain so in the future.

Party insiders said that he was fed up with some senior leaders of the party. He even indicated that he would be contesting coming parliamentary election.

Party sources said that Rajak, a strong Lalu-loyalist, wanted to increase his bargaining position within the party.
