Addressing a function at the RJD office here he added that he stands for the welfare of all communities. He said he would put Bihar on the map of developed states in the next five years if voted to power and urged the electorate to ignore Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's alleged attempts to create fear in the public mind about the state of affairs during 15 years of the RJD rule in the state. "Kumar was harping on the RJD's 15 year-rule as part of a 'sinister campaign' against RJD," he said and claimed that canards about him and his party would not help the chief minister retain his power. Prasad also flayed the NDA government for "institutionalising corruption" in Bihar by allegedly allowing bureaucrats to loot public funds under MNREGA and investing the money in real estate projects in the state. "The RJD-LJP combine if voted to power would investigate each case of corruption and punish the guilty officials and public servants," he said. He also demanded a CBI probe into the submission of fake detailed contingency (DC) bills by the state government against appropriation of Rs 11,412 crore withdrawn from the treasury since 2002 for development and welfare activities. The state government officials have been coerced to submit fake DC bills to justify the appropriation of funds, he further alleged.
Nothing to say more. It’s the real face of Lalu. He can only think of cast politics and always tries to divide Bihar on his cast line. For 15 years he did the same. Development was never in his agenda and today also development is not in his agenda. I request to all forward cast voters to reelect Mr. Nitish Kumar for second tenure to end this cast politics in the state. I am a Rajput from Bihar and never thought of supporting this type of evil caste politics in the state of Bihar. I always supported Mr. Nitish Kumar because of his Vision for Bihar and in near future also I will support his Vision and I am always with Mr Nitish Kumar for the development of Bihar. --------------------------------- What else can you expect from a angootha chap politician family ? We saw Lalu and company de-railing women's reservation bill (who could easily reserve CM seat for his wife). We saw him intermingling with other two yadavs Mulayam and Sharad-on viartually all controvercial issues cutting across the party line.I found them (yadav-Tridev) voicing loud for caste based consensus. I saw him going to meet Shahabuddin in jail and encouraging his wife to fight election.These are some of recent phenomena. If go back to his tenure as CM, I can assure you, at least forty more 'chalisa' (like Lalu Chalisa) of his misdeeds would be formed. He was brought up in cast-politics. He could not hide his jackale face for long, hwrrere just 2 months back he was claiming everywhere that he never did caste politics! And now this rhetoric. This man is even not able to remember what he said and what he did. How the upper caste guys can forget the kind of hatred he spread in Bihar with peak of communalism and caste politics with slogfans like BHURA BAAL saaf karo? How one can forget the kind of war he started after coming into power and just withing 2 months in power? Many poor upper caste poeple were picked out of bus and beaten unnecessry just becuase Lalu was in power. All of sudde3n Gundas covered the entire state. Poor backward people felt that this is the revolution and they too got indulged in such criminal act completely forgetting development and the fact that they were being thrown to some other direction. Criminals became polticians in totality and Vidhan Sabha got only chappalmar lose characters getting entry. IAS officers were converted into servent and some of whome literally wshed the toilet of Lal Yadav and company during their tours. Criminal sysndicates started busines in Bihar. ISI camps were raised in north Bihar under patronage of people like Shabuddin. Not a single person could think of roaming safely in Patna itself even in day light. Kidnapping became the first business of Bihar inw hich MLAs and MPS of ruling RJD were involved. Intellectuals, doctors, businessmen started living Bihar. revenue of the state and gross productivity touched the worst. Basic educations sytem was finished and it became a ritual to every teen to leqave home after attainign the age of 15 and go to other states for educaiton. Parents stopped sending heir kids to school. Girls were not safe at all. Mr. Lalu Yadav's daughters and relatives would go to Alankar Jewellerss like big shops and would take away jewellery for free. Even the workers of RJD followed this trend and looted so many shops. Sadhu Yadav's shoes from Rebok are well known. ANy thulla woulod threaten SSP rank officers and DMs and would get connected to some MLA to get stoipped their transfer. Even DGP would not be able to transfer a constable. And not to forget the series of scams at the cost of Bihar, like flood scam and Chara Ghotala! 15 years...Nitish Kumar does not need to tell a Bihari that what happened in Biahr for 15 years. Laloo will lvoe to forget as if it is not forgoteen then he will be forgotten from the world of politics, like Sahabuddin. But Mr. Yadav Bihar public will always remember your deeds and the suffering humiliationa nd backwardness and darknes you brought to Bihar. For that we don't need Nitish Kumar. And let me telly ou at least not a single prideful Bhumihar and Brahman will support even a single persom from your party. they can't forget the kind of thing you did with them just after gettign into power. And those Bhumihar or Brahmins who are with you are not even eligible to be called as Bhumihar/Brahman..they are pets eager to swallow even your spit at the cost of self-respect and pride. Even lower caste people know your truth and have become more samrter than what you thought. You can be good only for jokes and for get joked. THANKS FOR MAKING THING CLEAR URSELF. --
