Patna,(BiharTimes): A vegetable supply chain established by Samriddhii is making waves with its novel ways. Samriddhii, a brand promoted by Knids Green Pvt Ltd & Kaushalya Foundation for professionalizing and organizing vegetable supply chain of Bihar, has won Wantrapreneur 2010 Award at the Unconvention 2010, hosted by Villgro & The Lemelson Foundation at Chennai on December 3, 2010. Nearly 1,500 entries had come for Wantrapreneur 2010 award. |
Kaushlendra, CEO & Founder of KNIDS Green said his vegetable supply chain has 5,000 farmers from the villages in Patna, Nalanda, Ara and Jehanabad district and more than 500 vegetables vendors from Patna & 46 committed young professional have joined hands with him in the mission Samriddhii.
The IIM Ahmedabad graduate said 50 of the vendors are provided with Samriddhii AC carts to maintain the freshness of vegetables.
Samriddhii has developed very unique vegetable supply chain and is brining a paradigm shift in Vegetable value chain.
NABARD, WDC, ATMA Patna, BAMETI, MBGB & PNB are principal associates in the mission of Samriddhii. Samriddhii is striving to make Bihar vegetable hub of the nation and creating a Brand Bihar in this sector.
