Patna,(BiharTimes): Following the virtual wipe out of the party in Bihar almost all the appointments made by the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) has been cancelled.
A directive in this regard has been issued by the All India Congress Committee (AICC) leader Sagar Raika. |
According to the chief state’s spokesperson of the party and media department president Premchand Mishra the directive would not be applicable to the media department and the state treasurer.
Meanwhile, the Youth Congress has decided to hold a five-day training camp for office-bearers of its various units. The decision was taken at a meeting held on Monday under the presidentship of Bihar Pradesh Youth Congress (YC) president Lallan Kumar.
The meeting was attended by All India Youth Congress general secretary and Bihar in-charge Waquar Rasool. He said that the training camp would be addressed by AICC secretary and MP Jitendra Bhanwar Singh, Manik Tagore, Youth Congress’ national president Rajiv Satav and others.
AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi would also address the office-bearers attending the camp.
