Patna,(BiharTimes): Reacting to the opposition onslaught after the Patna High Court ordered a CBI probe into the Rs 11,412 crore treasury scam
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said that his government was only answerable to the judiciary and the state legislature.

Talking to reporters on the opening day of the monsoon session he said the state government is answerable to the High Court and the two Houses of the state legislature. “We are not going to speak anything on it,”he added.

The Patna High Court on July 15 ordered a CBI investigation into the alleged irregularities in execution of development and welfare schemes in the state between April 1, 2002 and March 31, 2008.

All the opposition parties have demanded dismissal of the Nitish Kumar government.
