New Delhi, Oct 4 (IANS) The Congress Monday declared its third list of 42 candidates for the Bihar assembly polls.
The party has changed its candidates in the constituencies of Manihari and Mahnar.
The party had announced 77 candidates in the first list and 45 in the second.

The polling for six-phased Bihar polls will start Oct 21. The Congress is contesting all 243 seats in the state on its own.

In Bihar, people must have expected a revitalized Congress leadership and party-structure under the stewardship of Rahul and his mother. It's disheartening to see that the party expects to rebuild in Bihar on the shoulders of people like a corrupt political pimp who happens to be a brother-in-law of a discredited former chief minister and the wife of an imprisoned criminal politician.
Rahul must take time to recruit younger unblemished people in the larger interest of the future of his party and his leadership.
