Patna,(BiharTimes): Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Lalu Prasad on Tuesday ruled out any possibility of post-poll alliance with the Congress.
He contradicted the statement of the party vice president, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, who a day earlier said that the party may go with Congress to form the government in the state, if the need arises. However, he too had said that the RJD-LJP alliance would be forming government on its own strength.

Lalu said that there is no possibility of the RJD seeking support of Congress to form a government in case of a hung assembly. “We are going to win and form a government on our own,” he claimed.
Lalu brushed aside various survey indicating Janata Dal (United)-BJP victory by saying that all these are jaali (fraud) and manipulated.
However, political observers are of the view that the whole exercise is a part of strategy adopted by the RJD. While the party leadership is attacking the Congress, it still wants to keep a channel open.

Mr. Laloo, confidence is good but over confidence sometimes kill people also, and it has happened with you several times in earlier days, so dont live in dream, come out and accept the reality. I know you will not accept but wait, and after 24 Nov, people of Bihar will force you to accept. Now laloo and congress both are saying that they will not support each other, but people is not fool, now also laloo is supporting congress at center.
And i know that once the result will come out and if you have any possibility to form Govt(hope only, no chance at all), you and congress will come together in the name of so called "secularism".
