Patna,(BiharTimes): A large number of candidates appearing for Screening Test of Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam (BCECE)-2011 are yet to receive their Admit Cards (till April 19) though the exam is to take place on April 22 and not April 24 as scheduled earlier.

Students are running from pillar to post––that is from respective post offices to the head office of the BCECE Board at IAS Bhavan near Patna Airport––but to little avail.
Even its websites: bceceboard.com and bcecebonline.com are not opening because of heavy rush.
Surprisingly, many candidates are not even aware that the date has been pre-poned from April 24 (Sunday) to April 22. What is strange is that April 22, being Good Friday, is official holiday.
The website only announces: “As notified earlier the examination date of the BCECE-2011 is changed to 22.04.2011.”
As to when the date has been preponed––not extended––is not yet clear as hardly any newspaper carried it prominently. The media seems to be too busy in improving the image of the state though the fate of thousands of engineering, medical and other aspirants hang in balance. If they receive their Admit Card on April 21 and get the Centre in some far away district in the state how would he manage to rush and appear in exam the next morning?
If the BCECE can not send Admit Card on time why was the date pre-poned instead of extended?
