.New Delhi, Aug 12 (IANS) The Supreme Court Friday will hear a petition by filmmaker Prakash Jha seeking the lifting of the ban on his film "Aarakshan" in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh.
An apex court bench headed by Justice Altamas Kabir said the matter will come up for hearing at 2 p.m.

The court passed the order after senior counsel Harish Salve and Mukul Rohtagi mentioned the matter before the court, seeking directions for the lifting of the ban imposed by the three state governments on the grounds of public order.
"Aarakshan", starring Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone, deals with the sensitive issue of caste-based reservations in the Indian education system.

Now, Nitish Zee will replace the outgoing MLC with a man of his (MLC's) caste and subsequently one of MLC's castemen from the UJD will declare that actually he was a corrupt man and wanted to be with the opposition.
A person is replaced by his casteman, just like the DM of Panta for example.
BIHAR HAS MOVED AWAY FROM CASTE. REALLY?
HOW THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF ICONS OF BIHAR HAVE BECOME CASTE BASED CONGRGATIONS - ESPECIALLY PROMOTED BY NITISH KUMAR TO FETCH HIS POLITICAL GOALS? WHAT WILL BE THE IMPLICATIONS IN FUTURE ? BIHAR TIMES should do a story on this topic with detailed analysis.
