Patna,(BiharTimes): After the SP (Patna Central) the district magistrate of Patna, Sanjay Kumar, received a threat call on his mobile phone between 11AM and 12 noon on Tuesday.

According to him the caller said that he is speaking from Munger. He threatened the DM to close the Kundan Singh case or else he would blow him up.
Interetingly, the caller told Sanjay that if he wants to meet him, he should come to Munger.
The DM said that he had informed Patna Senior SP Alok Kumar in this regard but has not yet lodged any FIR.
It needs to be recalled that on August 27, SP, Patna Central, Shivdeep Lande had received a similar threat call from a self-proclaimed Maoist area commander. In that case too the caller threatened to blow up the SP office within 24 hours if he did not stop from taking interest in the case related to Kundan Singh, a notorious criminal, who was arrested in New Delhi recently.
Among other crimes, Kundan, was wanted in connection with the murder of a bus operator, Ravikant Chaudhary, in Patna a few weeks ago.
