Patna,(BiharTimes): Notorious criminal Chottu Dom gave a slip to Patna Police when he escaped from the Prisoners’ Ward of Patna Medical College Hospital.
Chottu was shifted to hospital in a ‘critical’ condition a few days back. But it remained a mystery as to how come he managed to escape.

According to police three cops were deployed on the duty. The handcuffed Chottu managed to give a slip when two of the three policemen went to take breakfast.
The lone policeman on the duty said that Chottu jumped from the window, but hospital authorities suspect that he escaped from the front door. The unanswered question is how a handcuffed criminal managed to give bluff the police in the broadday light.
Manhunt is on to nab the criminal but with no success.
DSP Sushil Kumar rushed to the spot after the incident.
