Patna,(BiharTimes): The Bihar cabinet on Tuesday sanctioned a sum of Rs 400 crore for the procurement of paddy from farmers of the state.

Now banks will release the money to Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society (PACSs) to procure paddy from farmers.
