Patna,(BiharTimes): Only two IAS officers of Bihar have so far declared details of their movable and immovable properties though the deadline expires on January 31.

Saran district magistrate, Kuldip Narayan and Gopalganj counterpart Balamurugan D are the two 2005 batch officers, who declared the details of their movable property. Rules require the IAS officers to declare the details of their immovable property, acquired till December 31, to the state government by January 31 every year.
Narayan is originally from UP while Balamurugan from Tamil Nadu.
