BBrains Development Society popularly known as ‘BiharBrains’ in association with TekBrains Pvt. Ltd has set up “Advanced Electronics Lab(AEL)”, the first of its kind in Bihar. This is a R&D Lab having complete electronics system design and manufacturing facilities. |
It will have all modern labs for every phases of electronics system design, testing and manufacturing of Ics , its devices and systems. Currently AEL has started with small VLSI and hardware lab. The initial development cost of the lab would be Rs 6 crore. This will be center for Research & Development in the field of semiconductor technology, Analog and Digital system technology, PCB Design and Manufacturing. The lab will be one of the labs of Center for Advanced Technology and Research, CATR which is going to be established by the society soon. The proposal of establishment of CATR is going to be submitted to Aryabhatt Knowledge University within few days.
The lab has been inaugurated by Prof. J. Thakur, former VC of Patna University and Prof. Rajmani prasad Sinha, Chairman of Bihar School Examination board in presence of large no. of academicians, scientists and students of Bihar. Speaking on this occasion, Prof. Thakur said that Bhar was needed this kind of research lab where engineers and scientists will be trained to be skilled workers for the development of the product. He gave thanks to the society for its initiatives.
