Patna,(BiharTimes): Sunil Kumar Yadav, the homeguard jawan whose TV footage shocked the entire country, was arrested and a case under Section 302 of IPC has been lodged against him. |
He was shown stomping on the body of a man injured in police firing here on Friday till his death.
