Patna,(BiharTimes): The Central Bureau of Investigation SP R C Chowdhury on Tuesday interrogated Kumod Mishra, mother of Rupam Pathak, the main accused in the BJP MLA murder case. She was summoned to the Khazanchihat police station where her version of episode was sought. |
According to Rupam’s lawyer Dinesh Kumar she was the first person from the side of the accused to be quizzed by the CBI on Tuesday.
Reports said that the CBI made an in-depth examination of the autopsy report of the BJP MLA, Raj Kishore Kesri. They also held in-camera discussion with the doctors who performed the autopsy.
