Patna,(BiharTimes): Congress chief Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday appointed former Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee chief, Sadanand Singh, as the party’s leader in Bihar Legislative Assembly.

Arjun Modhwadia as head of Gujarat unit of the party. Modhwadia, who hails from Porbandar, is the former leader of Opposition and will replace Siddhartha Patel as the PCC chief.
Congress has only four MLAs in the Bihar Assembly.
