.Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar Police on Thursday raided the regional passport office in Patna and seized some documents related to issuance of passport to Hasan Ali, arrested on charges of money laundering and huge tax evasion.

According to Superintendent of Police, Patna, Shivdip Lande the office of the Regional Passport Officer (RPO) was raided and some documents related to the passport issued to Hasan Ali seized.
The police also questioned the Regional Passport Officer, Anand Kumar.
Hasan Ali got his passport from Patna on a fake address. The RPO in Patna had lodged an FIR last year against him for submitting fake residential proof.
Hasan Ali had, in his passport application, given Pathantoli locality under Alamganj police station in Patna as his address and Belsand block in Sitamarhi district as the permanent address.
