.Patna,(BiharTimes): To showcase the cultural and historical treasures of Bihar as part of its 99th birth anniversary Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday flagged off a Bihar Heritage Car Run.
He flagged off 16 vehicles from Rajendra Chowk near Raj Bhavan in Patna and it would culminate at Siri Fort Auditorium in New Delhi on March 28.

A grand cultural programme on Bihar’s past would be held at the Auditorium after the arrival of the vehicles.
Information and Public Relations Minister Brishen Patel Human Resources Minister Prashant Kumar Sahi, besides senior officials were also present at the flag-off function on Thursday.
All the vehicles were painted with the theme of rich heritage of Bihar to catch the attention of the people during their journey to and from Delhi.
As per schedule the Run will have 15 major stops and 30 minor ones. The participants will interact with the local media and people and apprise them of the history of Bihar and distribute printed publicity materials to them. A video van accompanying the cars would telecast short films and exhibitions on Bihar at different stops.
