Patna,(BiharTimes): On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar made it a point to visit the house of former RJD minister and now Janata Dal (United) man, Shakeel Ahmad Khan. But he did not miss to call on his party MP, Ali Anwar and the editors of at least two Urdu dailies, Pindar and Quami Tanzeem.

Shakeel welcomed the chief minister at his Ali Nagar house and offered him a skull cap a scarf before embracing him.
Incidentally, till last year it was RJD leader, Lalu Prasad Yadav, who used to pay visit to the house of Shakeel on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha.
Shakeel was present at the main gate to receive Nitish who travelled on a Scorpio rather than Ambassador.
Human resource development minister Prashant Kumar Shahi was already present at Shakeel’s house when Nitish arrived.
Nitish avoided the non-vegetarian food and had some dry fruits. Some vegetarian dishes were also prepared for him but he chose not to eat them.
