Patna,(BiharTimes): Police in Darbhanga on Wednesday night arrested Sashank Kumar on charge of demanding Rs 20 lakh extortion from a college professor.
According to the Superintendent of Police (SP) Vikas Vaibhav acting on the complaint of the CM Science College professor U K Das, the police tracked the mobile phone of the accused and nabbed him on Wednesday night.

Ten SIM cards and a mobile phone were seized from the possession of the accused. An FIR has been lodged against the arrested man at Nagar police station. He has been charged with demanding extortion from 10 other people, including a retired Colonel.
