Wrong Questions in PT: BPSC asked by HC to explain how it would award marks

Patna,(BiharTimes): A single bench of Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi of the Patna high court on Thursday directed Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) to explain how would it award marks for the questions found wrong in the 53rd-55th Combined Common Preliminary Competitive Exam, 2011 and decide the cut-off marks.

A bunch of petitions were filed by some candidates, who claimed that there were several discrepancies in the question papers and model answer sheets of the 53rd and 55th Combined Common Preliminary Competitive Examination, 2011, which were held in April this year.

Earlier, the high court had directed the BPSC to set up a committee of experts to probe the discrepancies in the question papers and model answer sheets of the said examination. It had also stayed the Mains examination till the disposal of the case.

Appearance of wrong questions in PT exams for states highest recruitment is matter of great concern. It not only shows the incapabilty of the officials concern but also those who made selection of questions for the exam.
Bihar has revived its reputation and world expects good example from it not the one we have right now.
Official must understand the nature of work and put it accordingly as is it brings embarrassment to all residents of bihar.
