Patna,(BiharTimes): As per the earlier announcement the state government is most likely to table The Bihar Lokayukta Bill 2011 in the coming Winter Session of the State Assembly, which is to begin on December 2.
As reported earlier a three-member ministerial team led by Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi is working on the proposed draft. After being fine-tuned, it will be sent to the Chief Minister for the approval.

An all-party meeting has been called on November 26 to seek opinion of the opposition parties on the draft.
Team Anna as well as social activists of Bihar had strongly criticised the draft of the proposed Bill saying it was nowhere near the Lokayukta Bill passed by Uttarakhand a few days back.
The Chief Minister had repeatedly criticized Team Anna leader Arvind Kejriwal and asked him and others to maintain restrain.
