Patna,(BiharTimes): Facts coming out from police department sources suggest that the outgoing Patna (Central) SP, Shivdeep Lande, was shifted within an hour of raid carried out on a fake medicine factory in Rajiv Nagar in Patna West.

Reports said that even the Director General of Police, Abhayanand, was not aware of the final decision. Had he been aware he would not have announced the inclusion of Lande’s name for a sports committee early on the same day.
Sources said that a couple of months back Patna City was in fact divided into three––West, Central and East––not for better policing but to put a check on Lande. In spite of that Lande continued to get phone call from various people outside his jurisdiction as commonmen and women were perhaps not prepared to accept the other two officers as SPs of their respective areas. They even donot know their names.
Even the Magadh Mahila College girl, who rang from Income Tax roundabout, did so from outside Lande’s jurisdiction. The young SP rushed to her rescue and did not pass the buck to Patna West SP.
