Patna,(BiharTimes): A Central Public Works Department contractor was shot dead in broad-day light inside its office in Punaichak locality not far away from Secretariat on Friday afternoon.
The criminals managed to walk away after killing the contractor. The incident caused commotion and sent shock waves in the office.
