Metro rail to come to Patna

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is keen to give Patna a Metro rail -- a la New Delhi. The Bihar capital is home to more than two million people.

Congrats every one and Bihartimes (though you may not like this!). This one is great news indeed. people there would, at least in fraction initially, would understand how it feels being hasslefree and save the time. Just think what it was 7- years back(10 points someone):
1) Well to do family girl raped, killed in veterinary college of Patna, in the heart of Patna by close scion of King of Bihar(then!..today ash).
2) Scions and kids of Gudri ke Laal, enter Alankar and collect jewellery for free. If asked for payment...Income Tax ( and many unheard taxes on personal effect) will be called!
3) Sala saheb and friends enter Reebok Showroom and take away shoes for free. When asked for payment, the employees thrashed.
4) All industries close and Bihar's economy survives of !
5) AjayJI and Mr Singh do you remember the old slogan which had also taken toll on many lives: "BHURA BAL saaf karo"...still we have some param pujaya Shri KK Singh and Raghunath Jha! Some of my villagers from Begusarai were axed on will, but no enquiry happened ever.
6) As many as 1000 properties supposed to be government's manouvered to "Sarkar's pocket" and even central jail of Patna was supposed to be their property!
7) Few rare breed of milkmen became Arabpati, while calling themselves socialists, while rest of their community struggled to copy them but never could become like them..Had Ambanis learnt their secret, they would become richest of India some 20 years before! Socialists did not spare even an innocent buffalo forget human.
8) Some of Sala sahebs, asked trains to depart from Patna Junction on their will. They would decide when and from where they would depart, they would decide which passenger would "please" their whole night journey to Delhi!
9) Do any one of you remember "Kanti SIngh"(KS...fit to the objective guys!) and her rise..to seal the fate of Bihar? Naam hi kaafi hai.
10) One gloomy day of December the so called "Messiah of Poors" tells his close old friend: "Rai Ji badhiya hai Bihar me Bijli nahi hai..TV dekhenge ee log to boojh jayenge ki duniya kahan pahunch gaya hai..fir muh baa ke maangne lagenge...inko dikhao mat, inko pilao! Tari...Mahua...ganja...lekin dikhao mat kuch.
But none could stop them to see..even a tired alcoholic had to someday move out of Bihar to feed his family, and then saw and realized what had happened to him and his Bihar!
( Great support cast of that era: Saiyyad Sahabuddin(ISI funding), Pappu Yadav, Anand Mohan, Dadan Pah"i"lwaan, Sadhu Yadav, Rajiv Ranjan, Loha Singh, Bablu Yadav, mamta Kulkarni,..bunch of "Babu Saheb" qualifying civils to clean the toilet of Gudri ke Laal, at the bank of Sone or anywhere in Bihar...when offices would open in his home only to lick the boots and protect some road chaap. An era when even a tattu mawali was boss of SP!

1) Bihar unites...no caste no creed...all moved together and do it share! No more Bhoora Baal Saaf..takla..belchat bairan Bihar!
2) Bihar amends administrative rules, more autonomy to policing. Record curb in crime which even centre notices.
3) Kidnapping business almost gone.
4) Bihar bags record investment proposals, state exchequer becomes rich from hollow. Record registration happens.
5) World Bank appreciates Bihar and initiatives taken by Bihar for development. Flood relieve and measures taken noted as impeccable.
6) How one can forget the rise of great heroes like late shri MM Jha..who with help of State Government made landmark revolutions in the school education system of Bihar! No of school going kids increased, no of girls students increased.
7) SAP becomes success story for rest of the states of India.
8) Nalanda Internationa University open..so does IIT, CIMP, CUB( I accept the apathy of the State government in that case)
9) Bihar records record sale of Automobiles in all range. Excellent roads appear where none could imagine.
10) A place where people would sleep even in day today enjoys night life in Patna even at 10:00 PM, and people like us talk passionately about Bihar and become the reason for survival of portal like Bihar times.

Singh Baba you can call it politics and shrewedness or whatever....but we have no problem till the term Bihari is taken with respect and Bihar becomes cause, instead of abuse and joke..courtsey "The Great Joker of Bihar" and his "still optimistic poor intellectual clout" trying time and again to misguide the people.

truth, it is. Argue how much you do, but its the truth. if the present state of Bihar is not great, its definitely 100 times better than what it was 7 year back. Whatever guys like Shri KK Singh claim and write on behalf of "someone" but my 10 points someone will tell you the gross truth and even compell you to think and agree with me. Still we will get persons like KK Singh, the leftout from "BHURA BAAL" to open a chalisa and change the definition of "Socialist" to accommodate some "thieve and gaddar", still we will see skewed news from Bihartimes to paint the government pathetic and shake the trust of people here by half baked truths ( latest example the few news below like Central agencies withdraw from Bihar...but they don't tell the ful; truth that Nitish Kumar had ling requested to Jairam to do so in all states so that State could be made incharge and things could be implemented properly...but the way news was written looked as if they were withdrawn! Similarly they write the property hijack by Nitish govt in some christian are while the truth is that the lady and all those part of it said it clearly that its a big lie and cooked story. Bihartimes never talked about news like the one which appeared everywhere except Bihartimes that State government is going to open State Academy for Sports to boost sports here, or their effort to make Bihar the food processing hub of India, or recent big investments by food processing and related industries, generating employment. They never covered the bright prospect Nalanda is witnessing due to Organic farming, where farmers have become talk of the world for producing best Mushrooms and other agriproducts. But you get here cholestroled heart to write article on so called socialist..and trying foolishly to prove their points.

End of the day, they too would ride the metro and still bark thanklessly. The breed itself is different..certainly not Bihari by core, a rare breed, but the toughest breed which will win over all including the majority of pseudo-Biharis and termites.
