In this regard the state government has published advertisements in national dailies for inviting applications for the post of 32 executives. Their recruitment would be done by the private consultancy firm––Srijan Consultancy Services.

According to him the applications from aspirants will be invited online and the entire recruitment process will be over latest by next month.
Mishra said that the recruited professionals will be given jobs on contract and their pay and other perks will be negotiated.

The minister further said that the professionals would join the proposed Bihar Rural Development Society (BRDS) and supervise the implementation of the rural development schemes in the state aimed at eradication of poverty, generation of rural employment and welfare of the poor and downtrodden under the ongoing schemes like MNREGA, IAY and UID.

These professionals will be offered posts like State Programme Director, MNREGA, Social Audit Director, Finance Controller and UID Coordinator.

The performance of these professionals would be evaluated by the department on quarterly basis and those not up to the mark would be removed. Besdies, there would be reward for those who deliver.

Doubt about this Consultancy Services Firm. Never heard.
Where is this Firm situated Bihar or New Delhi?
Is it so reputed firm for hiring professionals?

Tried to search this on Google and nothing got about it besides just simple advertisement on hotfrog(business directory) website.

If this is firm, their website http://www.srijanconsultancy.in even not loading.

Just curious if these professionals will be hired right way by right Firm for a right purpose.
