Police are looking for the other two, he said.
Raj said medical tests have confirmed that the girl was sexually assaulted.
The girl was gang-raped Wednesday when she was going to her grandparents' house in Choti Kewai village from Sigriyavan village in Patna district.
But a first information report (FIR) was lodged only after the intervention of senior police officials.
The girl's maternal uncle said police first refused to lodge an FIR, saying it was case of harassment.
"We complained to senior officials. After that, a case was registered," he said.
Police also recorded the girl's statement in the presence of a judicial magistrate.
Left parties, women's groups and other social organisations protested against the incident here Friday.
