Patna,(BiharTimes): Patna West has no Superintendent of Police now. The state government on Tuesday shifted Upendra Kumar Sharma, the present incumbent, to Jamui in the same capacity. |
Sharma would replace Ram Narayan Singh, who has been brought back to the state police headquarters without any assignment. Incidentally Sharma was also holding additional charge of Patna SP (Traffic). The government has not notified the posting of his successor on either of the two posts.
A few weeks back the post of Patna Central SP remained vacant for a few days after the transfer of
Shivdeep Lande to Araria. He too was then holding the post of SP (Traffic),
