Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday took another dig at his Gujarat counterpart. He said that his party would support a secular candidate for the post of Prime Minister.
|
This is the second time in quick succession that the Janata Dal (United) has made it clear that if the BJP puts up Narendra Modi as its candidate for the post of PM the former would not support the latter.
Addressing the executive committee meeting of the ruling Janata Dal (United) in Patna Nitish said the prime ministerial candidate should be someone with an impeccable secular image.
The Bihar chief minister also said that no one should cross the Lakshman Rekha. This was clear message to none else but Narendra Modi.
