Patna,(BiharTimes): The Patna Municipal Corporation has banned the sale and purchase of flats, shops, office space etc built in the multi-storeyed buildings on the lease land of the municipal area of Patna.

The Commissioner of PMC, Pankaj Kumar Pal, has written a letter to the Registrar General and IG (Registration) informing them that all the registries have been banned. These apartments, shops and office spaces can not be sold without the permission of Patna Regional Development Authority (PRDA).
