Patna, May 22 (IANS) At least three people were killed and 15 were missing after a boat carrying 35 people capsized in the Kosi river in Bihar's Saharsa district early Tuesday, police said.

Ten people managed to swim to safety and seven were rescued by local villagers. A search is on for the missing people. "Search and rescue operations are on," a police official said.
