Patna,(BiharTimes): RJD chief Lalu Prasad said that the Adhikar Rally was a flop shop as half of Gandhi Maidan was empty.

Talking to reporters he said it was actually adhikari, karamchari and police rally. He said that the people left the rally much demoralized.

LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan once again asked as to where was Nitish Kumar when the Rabri Devi government raised the demand for the special status. He said that the Rally was just a preparation for the 2014 election and accused the chief minister of misusing the government machinery. Congress spokesman Prem Chand Mishra also termed the Adhikar Rally as a failure.
