Patna,(BiharTimes): The flip-flop stand of the alliance partner Janata Dal (United) and chief minister’s open support to convicted criminal like Ranvir Yadav have perturbed the BJP leadership so much that it is thinking in term of contesting all the 40 Lok Sabha seats alone in Bihar in the 2014 election.
This was disclosed to the media on Tuesday by state BJP chief, Dr C P Thakur.

However, he hastened to add that the Janata Dal (United) breaking away from NDA in Bihar was just a possibility and he was sure that it would not do so.
Thakur justified the state unit BJP’s stand stating that if the alliance was to remain intact there could be last minute exchange of parliamentary constituencies between the two parties.
The party, according to him, does not want to remain short in terms of preparation to contest from any parliamentary seats.
However, Dr Thakur did not divulge the details of presentation he had made at the BJP’s national executive at Surajkund.
Speaking in the same vein deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi said by remaining organizationally strong in all assembly and parliamentary constituencies, the BJP can help ally JD(U) too by putting behind support to candidates of allies.
