Patna,(BiharTimes): An advertisement of the ruling Janata Dal (United) in Bihar has caused political storm as it has been issued by a government official. The opposition RJD has demanded immediate action against the official involved in it and thorough probe into the gross misuse of official machinery by the chief minister Nitish Kumar.

An advertisement carried by a newspaper on Monday with photos of chief minister Nitish Kumar and Janata Dal (United) Sharad Yadav was issued by the District Agriculture Officer of Jamui, Manoj Kumar.
The RJD had asked as to how can an official of the state government issue an advertisement
of a political party? "Many govt. officials are working like JDU workers. Nitish should make his position clear whether he approves such an act by a govt. official" asked Abdul Bari Siddiqui, leader of opposition.
