Patna,(BiharTimes): This had happened in Silao in Nalanda district a few months back. Now it happened in Samastipur district.
A 17-year old intermediate student had three days back alleged that she was gangraped by two young men. A medical test was held which proved the charge to be true.

But now the victim had retracted.
According to the SP, Varun Kumar Sinha, the girl from Basudeopur in Samastipur district alleged that she was gangraped by Sunil Kumar and Virender Mahto of her village three days ago.
The SP said the girl had also lodged an FIR in this regard. But she later said she had a relationship with one the accused but had frame both following a dispute over money.
Interestingly, a five-member medical board headed by Civil Surgeon A V Sahay investigated and confirmed the gang rape charge.
