Noted Gandhian Tripurari Sharan passes away

Patna,(BiharTimes): Noted Gandhian Tripurari Sharan died in Patna after prolonged illness on Friday. He was 85.
Sharan was a close associate of Jaiprakash Narayan and took part in 1974 JP movement.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who on Saturday morning went to lay a wreath at his residence, said Sharan tried to spread the socialist vision of the Lok Nayak.

Sharan was associated with the Khadi Gram Udyog Samiti set up by the Gram Nirman Mandal.

State JD(U) President Vashist Narayan Singh and other Gandhians also paid tribute to Sharan.
