Patna,(BiharTimes): Even as the opposition members in the Bihar Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council were protesting against the deteriorating law and order siatuion in Bihar two motor-cycle borne criminals shot dead station house officer of Yusapur police station of Saran district on Monday afternoon.

The SHO, Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, was gunned down while he reportedly tried to intercept bank robbers who were on way to commit crime.

The criminals wanted to commit dacoity in the nearby branch of the State Bank of India. The assailants sped away after killing the police officer.
