Patna,(BiharTimes): The Patna high court has fixed Nov 7 as date for the hearing of four disqualified MLAs of Janata Dal (United). Their lawyers plead that they have not been properly heard and that the Speaker has taken action in a hurry and in a partisan manner.

The Speaker, Uday Narayan Chaudhary, has been accused of being biased by these MLAs. How can they be denied of the privilege of former MLAs. Has the Speaker the right to take such a drastic step? these former MLAs are now asking.

The court is likely to take some time before taking final decision.
