Merger of Janata Parivar parties on fast track: Lalu
Patna,(BiharTimes): Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad once again said that the merger process of parties of Janata Parivar is on the fast track.Talking to the media after his arrival from New Delhi on Friday afternoon he said that the leaders of the Janata Parivar have held two rounds of talks on the issue and Mulayam Singh Yadav has been authorised to deal with it.
“I am not supposed to update the media on a day-to-day basis on the merger. When the merger takes place, you will be informed,” he told journalists.Lalu, who was on a day’s visit to Patna, came down heavily on prime minister Narednra Modi for wearing a suit worth Rs 20 lakh and thus ridiculing the pverty of the people of the country.
The RJD president alleged that a section of media is out to create confusion and is spreading lies about the merger.Flaying former Union minister Jayanthi Natarajan for levelling charges on Rahul Gandhi he said it is clear that she would be joining the BJP. He also said that Natarajan is hurling charges on the Congress leadership at the instance of the saffron party.
On Jitan Ram Manjhi’s repeated statements that the next chief minister would be a Mahadalit Lalu said who would become the chief minister and from which caste would be decided by the people.
