Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Monday demanded voting by secret ballots on the floor of the House as many MLAs are afraid of voting with him and against Nitish Kumar.

Talking to the media after meeting the governor, Keshri Nath Tripathi, he said that he has put this demand before the governor.He reiterated that as the chief minister there was constant pressure on him by Nitish Kumar and claimed that he did better social engineering than the latter. He said that he did much for the Mahadalit, women and weaker section of the society than Nitish.
