Patna,(BiharTimes): In another big blow to Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, the Patna High Court on Monday restrained his government from taking any policy decisions till February 20 when he had to prove majority on the floor of the House.

The Court said the chief minister can only work on routine matters till majority is proved on the floor of the House.CM Manjhi has been asked by the state Governor Keshri Nath Tripathi to prove majority on the floor of the Assembly on February 20.

The Janata Dal (United) spokesman, Neeraj Kumar, who filed the PIL in High Court in this regard, welcomed the court order.
