Patna,(BiharTimes): Rebel Janata Dal (United) leader Brishen Patel on Wednesday outrightly rejected any possibility of rapprochement with the ruling party.Speaking at a function in Vaishali, his home turf, he said that Jitan Ram Manjhi went on to hold the post of chief minister because of the assurance given by the party chief Sharad Yadav.

Patel said that Sharad always insisted Manjhi to continue on the plea that he is with the latter. The former education minister accused Sharad of betraying Manjhi. Ruling out any possibility of returning to JD(U) fold he gave hint that the Manjhi camp may form a new party.
