Patna,(BiharTimes): The General Manager of East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur, Madhuresh Kumar, retired from his post on December 31, 2014. He served the Indian Railways for 38 long years.A farewell function was held at ECR headquarters on Wednesday on the eve of his superannuation.
