Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi once again held the Narendra Modi government responsible for the cut in annual plan-size to Rs 51,000 crore from Rs 57,000 crore. He said the Centre made cuts in the plan allocations to different sectors in the current financial year.

However, the chief minister said the state would generate funds from its internal resources. Distributing appointment letters to newly recruited 485 pharmacists at a programme organized by the health department, he said development activities would not be allowed to suffer following reduction in the Plan size. He said the state government would fill up all the identified vacancies in different departments by March 2015.
