Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Tuesday welcomed the ruling of the single bench of the Patna high court on the four terminated legislators of the Janata Dal (United). Manjhi, who had questioned the Speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary’s decision earlier too, said any action against the rebel legislators does not amount to termination of their House membership.He said that he could say nothing but welcome the court ruling.

When the mediapersons approached Nitish Kumar he just said: “Aaphi log se sun rahe hain (I am hearing the news from you).

Meanwhile, the state JD(U) president, Bashistha Narayan Singh, and parliamentary affairs minister, Shrawan Kumar, said that the Patna high court ruling would be challenged in the Supreme Court.
