Nitish postpones Sampark Yatra, says no change of CM in Bihar
Patna,(BiharTimes): Former chief minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday postponed his Sampark Yatra and all political
programmes of the Janata Dal (United) till the merger of all
the six parties of Janata Parivar.
Talking to the media after his arrival from New Delhi he said
that leaders of all the merged party would now unitedly
undertake political programme so that the a strong message is
sent to the masses. In this regard he took the name of RJD
chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.
At the same time he said that there is no plan whatsoever to
change the chief minister of Bihar and rubbished all the
speculations in this regard.
Nitish said that significant talks took place with different
leaders of Janata Parivar during his three day stay in New
Delhi.
State party chief Bashistha Narayan Singh hinted that the
merger would take place within a fortnight. After the merger
the leaders would hold joint meetings. He also took the name
of Lalu Prasad Yadav in this regard.
Singh once again said that his party would throw a big ‘chura-dahi’ party on Tilsakrat day, that is Jan 14.
