Another JD(U) spokesman speaks his master’s voice; calls for resignation of two ministers

Patna,(BiharTimes): Hours after one JD(U) spokesman Niraj Kumar criticized chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi another party spokesman, Ajay Alok, asked two ministers of his cabinet, Narendra Singh and Nitish Mishra, to resign from their posts and join the BJP.

Talking to the media on Friday afternoon he blasted Narendra Singh for toeing the line of BJP and working for the saffron party.Ajay Alok teasingly said that perhaps Narendra Singh is suffering from amnesia (forgotfulness) because of the old age. It was none else but he who had last year proposed the
name of Manjhi as the chief minister till the next Assembly election only. It was he who had said that Nitish would become the chief minister after the Assembly election.

Ajay Alok had come down heavily on Narendra Singh as he had repeatedly been saying that it would not be appropriate for the party to remove Manjhi from the post of chief minister. Nitish Mishra too had made a similar statement. The JD(U) spokesman said that Nitish Mishra should recall as to how he apologized to Nitish Kumar to return to the party fold and contest the 2010 Assembly election and subsequently become the minister.

Ajay Alok did not mince his words to state that there is only one respectable leader of JD(U) and that is Nitish Kumar. Even Manjhi will have to follow his leadership.Interestingly, another minister Brishen Patel, who belongs to the caste of Nitish Kumar, too had backed Manjhi
