Patna,(BiharTimes): Former Union rural development minister Raghuvansh Prasad Singh on Sunday called upon chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi to include Paswan (or Dussadh) sub-caste of Scheduled Castes in the list of Mahadalit.

Talking to the media the RJD leader said that though Manjhi is doing good work for the poor sometimes he gives abrupt statements (anaap shanap bolne lagte hain), which he should avoid. He should rather see to it that Paswans are included in the list of Mahadalit castes.

Raghuvansh refused to comment on what is happening within the Janata Dal (United) by stating that it is the internal matter of that party and he is not interested in it.However, he finds nothing wrong in Manjhi calling on Sadhu Yadav saying that during festival such meetings are quite natural and not much should be read into it.
